This Privacy Policy explains how an individual developer provides Stampify and handles information when you use the mobile app, cloud sync, purchases, and support channels. Stampify does not use Google Analytics or third-party analytics tracking.

• Cloud-synced content you create, upload, save, or sync through the app, including related metadata needed to store, secure, and sync that content.
• Support information you choose to send to support@otterspark.xyz, such as your email address, screenshots, device details, and issue descriptions.
• Purchase and entitlement information from Apple App Store or Google Play, such as subscription status, product identifiers, renewal state, and transaction metadata. We do not receive full payment card numbers.
• Website request data automatically processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, such as standard HTTP server logs and IP addresses strictly as necessary for security, rate limiting, and network delivery.

• We do not collect analytics identifiers, screen views, session tracking data, or personal profiling data, and we do not use third-party analytics services like Google Analytics.
• We do not collect full payment card numbers. App store providers process subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• We do not use native GPS Location Services unless a future app feature asks for permission first.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or a higher age where local law requires parental consent. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact support@otterspark.xyz and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

• Provide app features, cloud sync, subscriptions, in-app purchases, and customer support.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, security issues, fraud, or policy violations.
• Comply with legal, tax, app store, and enforcement obligations.

Where required by law, we process information based on your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the app, legal obligations, and protection of rights, safety, and security.

Stampify does not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar third-party analytics tracking. Apple App Store and Google Play process billing and entitlement data under their own terms and privacy policies. Our public website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes network traffic and standard connection logs for security and performance.

We may share information with service providers and platform partners that help operate the app and website, including cloud hosting and sync providers, Cloudflare, Apple App Store, Google Play, and support tools. We do not share information with third-party analytics providers, and we do not sell personal information.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When required, we use reasonable safeguards for international transfers, such as platform contractual protections, provider data-processing terms, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We keep cloud-synced content while needed to provide sync features or until you delete it, subject to backups and legal exceptions. Support records are kept as long as needed to resolve requests and protect rights. Purchase, tax, fraud, and legal records may be kept longer where required or permitted by law.

• Manage subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Contact support@otterspark.xyz to request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, opt-out, withdrawal of consent, or appeal where applicable law provides those rights.
• We may verify your request and may deny or limit requests where allowed by law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or rights of others.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy, except where law requires another form of notice or consent.
